Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Scientific Committee and the Local Organizing Committee, I warmly welcome you to the 13th Asia Pacific Symposium on Microscale Separation and Analysis. This APCE provides an ideal opportunity to participate in an outstanding scientific program held in Jeju Island, one of the seven wonders of nature. APCE has been held on twelve previous occasions at locations around the Asia-Pacific region. In 2013, the symposium moves to Korea for the second time, and is jointly organized by the Korean Chemical Society, the Korean Biochip Society, the Korea Society for Environmental Analysis, and the Korean Society of Analytical Sciences.

Best wishes,

Doo Soo Chung
Chair of APCE 2013
Professor, Department of Chemistry, Seoul National University
