Determination of mercury(¥±), monomethylmercury cation and dimethylmercury by hydride generation cryogenic trapping and atomic absorption spectroscopic detection

Mercury(¥±) Chloride(HgCl2), monomethylmercury chloride(MeHgCl) and dimethylmercury(Me2Hg) were simultaneously determined from aqueous samples by hydride generation volatilization, trapping and separation on a chromatographic column and detection by atomic absorption spectrometry in a heated quarts furnace. Detection limits for Mercury(¥±) chloride, Methylmercury chloride and Dimethylmercury were 0.58, 0.46 and 0.82ng/g.

Nriagu´Â 1983³â¿¡ ´ë±â ÁßÀ¸·Î ¹æÃâµÇ´Â ¼öÀºÀÇ ¾çÀÌ 3.6 109 g/yearÀ̸ç, ÀÌÁß 2.5 109 g/year°¡ ÀÚ¿¬¿¡ ºÐÆ÷µÇ¾î ÀÖÀ½À» º¸°íÇÏ¿´´Ù1. ¹«±â¼öÀºÀº ±× ÀÚü°¡ µ¶¼ºÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸³ª, ÀÚ¿¬ ȯ°æ¿¡¼ ¸ÞÆ¿ È ¹ÝÀÀÀ» °ÅÄ¡°Ô µÊ¿¡ µû¶ó ¸ÞÆ¿ ¼öÀºÀ» Çü¼ºÇÏ°Ô µÇ¸ç ¸ÞÆ¿ ¼öÀº(CH3Hg+)Àº ¾Ëų ¼öÀº Áß °¡Àå µ¶¼ºÀ» °ÇÏ°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ¾Ë·Á Á³´Ù.2 ¹Ù´Ù »ý¼±ÀÇ °ÇÁ¶ Áß·® 1g ´ç ¼öÀºÀº 4 ¡1,000ngÀÌ °ËÃâµÇ¸ç ±× Áß 95%ÀÌ»óÀÌ ¸ÞÆ¿¼öÀºÀÌ´Ù.3 ÀÌ·¸°Ô ¸ÞÆ¿¼öÀºÀÌ ¸¹Àº ÀÌÀ¯´Â ¹«±â¼öÀºÀÌ Ã¼³»·Î µé¾î¿Â ÈÄ ¸ÞÆ¿È °úÁ¤¿¡ ÀÇÇÏ¿© ¸ÞÆ¿ ¼öÀºÀ¸·Î º¯ÈÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î º¸°íµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù.2 ȯ°æ ½Ã·á¿¡¼ÀÇ ¹«±â¼öÀº(Hg(¥±)), ¸ÞÆ¿¼öÀºÀº ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î ÃßÃ⠺и®, ÀÀÃà, ±×¸®°í °ËÃâ µîÀÇ ´Ü°è3,4,5¸¦ °ÅÄ£´Ù. ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î ¸ÞÆ¿ ¼öÀºÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ´Â ¹æ¹ýÀº GC-ECD¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ´Â ¹æ¹ý2,6°ú ¿øÀÚÈí±¤ ºÐ±¤±¤µµ±â¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ´Â ¹æ¹ý2,3ÀÌ ÀÖ´Ù. º» ½ÇÇè¿¡¼ »ç¿ëÇÑ GC-AAS´Â Hydride generationÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Hg(II)¿Í ¸ÞÆ¿ ¼öÀºÀ» µ¿½Ã¿¡ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¹«±â¼öÀº(Hg(¥±)), ¸ÞÆ¿¼öÀº (CH3Hg+), ±×¸®°í µð¸ÞÆ¿¼öÀº(Me2Hg, ³»ºÎÇ¥Áع°Áú)À» GC·Î ºÐ¸® AAS°ËÃâ±â¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© °ËÃâ ÃÖÀûÁ¶°Ç°ú ±¼½Ã·á ¼Ó¿¡ ¼öÀºÈÇÕ¹°À» °ËÃâÇÏ¿´´Ù. °ËÃâÇϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© ¼ö¼ÒÈ ¹ÝÀÀÀ» ½ÃÅ°¸ç À§ÀÇ ¹ÝÀÀÀº ¾Æ·¡¿Í °°´Ù.3
