MIBK ¿ë¸ÅÃßÃâ¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ Pb, Cd ȸ¼öÀ²Àº pH 5, 6, 7, 8 Á¶Á¤¿¡ µû¶ó °¢°¢ 82¡­93, 71¡­99, 102¡­109, 86¡­105¿Í 76¡­103, 93¡­101, 96¡­102, 97¡­101%¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾úÀ¸³ª Áú»ê°¡¿­³óÃà¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ Pb, Cd ȸ¼öÀ²Àº °¢°¢ 92¡­94, 87¡­89%¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ Áú»ê°¡¿­³óÃà¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ As, Cr ȸ¼öÀ²Àº °¢°¢ 84¡­91, 70¡­73%¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. ¼öÁú¿À¿°°øÁ¤½ÃÇè¹æ¹ý¿¡ µû¸¥ Àüó¸® À¯¹«¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ¼öÀºÀÇ È¸¼öÀ²Àº °¢°¢ 110¡­114¿Í 109¡­114%¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. 9°³ Á¦Á¶»çÀÇ PAC¸¦ ICP¿Í EDTA ÀûÁ¤¹ýÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÑ °á°ú »êÈ­¾Ë·ç¹Ì´½ ÇÔ·®Àº °¢°¢ 10.6-12.8¿Í 10.4-11.2%ÀÇ ¹üÀ§¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. ÀÌ»óÀÇ ½ÇÇè°á°úµéÀº ¼öó¸®Á¦ÀÎ Æú¸®¿°È­¾Ë·ç¹Ì´½ÀÇ °³¼± ¹× °³¹ß¿¡ Áß¿äÇÑ ±âÃÊÀÚ·á·Î È°¿ëµÉ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. Abstract : The study was carried out to recovery test of heavy metal, Pb, Cd, As, Cr, Hg and analysis of aluminum oxide for water treatment chemical, poly aluminum chloride which has been used at the water treatment plant. The recoveries of Pb, Cd by MIBK solvent extraction were 82¡­93, 71¡­99, 102¡­109, 86¡­105 and 76¡­103, 93¡­101, 96¡­102, 97¡­101% at pH 5, 6, 7, 8, respectively. Also, the recovery of Pb, Cd by HNO3 concentration method showed 92¡­94 and 87¡­89%, respectively. MIBK solvent extraction showed higher recovery of Pb, Cd than HNO3 concentration method. The recovery of As, Cr by HNO3 concentration showed 84-91 and 70-73%, respectively. The recovery of Hg by pretreated and nonpretreated method showed 110-114% and 109-114%, respectively. Al2O3 content in nine PCA by ICP and EDTA titration method was 10.6-12.8 and 10.4-11.2%, respectively. The results, can be used as basic data for improvement and development of the water treatment chemical, PAC. Key word : water treatment chemical, PAC, Al2O3, MIBK, HNO3, ICP and EDTA ¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬¦¬ 1. ¼­ ·Ð È­Çаø¾÷»ê¾÷ ¹ß´Þ¿¡ µû¶ó ´Ù¾çÇÑ Á¾·ùÀÇ À¯Çؼº ¼öÁú¿À¿°¹°ÁúµéÀÌ ÇÏõ, È£¼Ò·Î À¯ÀÔµÇ¾î °ø°ø¼ö¿ªÀÇ »ó¼ö¿ø¼ö ¼öÁú¿À¿°À» ½ÉÈ­½ÃÅ°°í ÀÖ´Ù.1-2 ¼öµ¾¹°ÀÇ 90% ÀÌ»óÀÌ È£¼Ò ¹× ÇÏõ¼ö¸¦ »ó¼ö¿ø¼ö·Î ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ°í ÀÖ¾î À̸¦ Àΰ£ÀÌ ÀÌ¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ¹°·Î ó¸®Çϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â ¼öó¸®Á¦ ¾àÇ°ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.3 »ó¼ö¿ø¼öÀÇ ¿À¿°µµ°¡ Ŭ¼ö·Ï ±× »ç¿ë·®ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌ¿¡ µû¶ó ¼öó¸®Á¦ÀÇ Á¾·ùµµ ´Ù¾çÇÏ´Ù. ½ÇÁ¦·Î ȯ°æ¼±Áø±¹¿¡¼­ »ç¿ëµÇ°í ÀÖ´Â ¼öó¸®Á¦ÀÇ Á¾·ùµµ ´Ù¾çÇÏ°Ô ¾²¿©Áö°í ÀÖ´Ù.4 ±×·¯³ª ÀÌó·³ ´Ù¾çÇÑ ÇüÅÂÀÇ ¼öó¸®Á¦°¡ ±¹³»¿¡¼­µµ ¾²¿©Áö°í ÀÖÀ¸³ª ´ëºÎºÐ ¿Ü±¹ÀÇ Á¦Ç°À» ¸ð¹æÇÏ¿© Á¦Á¶µÈ°ÍµéÀÌ ¸¹ÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ¶ÇÇÑ ±¹³»¿¡¼­ Á¦Á¶µÈ Á¦Ç°À̶ó ÇÒ Áö¶óµµ ´Ü¼øÈ÷ ¹èÇÕºñÀ² µîÀÇ º¯È­¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ¸¸µé¾îÁø °ÍÀÌ ´ëºÎºÐÀ̶ó ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ¼öÁú¿À¿°¹°Áú Á¾·ù¿Í Ư¼º¿¡ ¸Â´Â ±¹»ê ¼öó¸®Á¦ °³¹ßÀÌ ½Ã±ÞÈ÷ ¿ä±¸µÇ°í ÀÖÀ¸³ª ÀÌ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Á¶»ç¿¬±¸°¡ ¾ÆÁ÷±îÁöµµ ¸Å¿ì ¹ÌÈíÇÑ ½ÇÁ¤ÀÌ´Ù. ±¹³»¿¡¼­ »ç¿ëµÇ°í ÀÖ´Â ¼öó¸®Á¦´Â µ¿ÀÏÇÑ Á¦Ç°À̶ó ÇÒ Áö¶óµµ Á¤¼öó¸® ¹× ÇÏ.Æó¼ö󸮿ëÀ¸·Î ±¸ºÐµÇ¾î ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ¾×»óÁ¦Ç°°ú °í»óÁ¦Ç° µÎ°¡Áö Á¾·ù°¡ ´ëºÎºÐÀ» Â÷ÁöÇÏ°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç À̵鿡 ´ëÇÑ Ç°Áú±Ô°Ý±âÁØÀ» ȯ°æºÎ °í½Ã·Î Á¤ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù.5 À̵é Á¦Ç°Àº °¢°¢ ħÀü¹°ÀÌ »ý¼ºµÇ´Â °Í°ú ¿ëÇØ°¡ Àß µÇÁö ¾Ê´Â ¹®Á¦Á¡µéÀÌ Àִµ¥, ÀÌ°ÍÀº ±¹³»ÀÇ ¼öó¸®Á¦ ¾÷ü°¡ ¸Å¿ì ¿µ¼¼ÇÏ¿© ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¹®Á¦Á¡À» °³¼±ÇÏ°í ó¸®È¿À²ÀÌ ³ôÀº ¼öó¸®Á¦ °³¹ß¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ´É·Â°ú ÀνÄÀÌ ºÎÁ·Çϱ⠶§¹®ÀÎ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢µÈ´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó ¼öÁúȯ°æƯ¼º¿¡ ¸Â´Â ¼öó¸®Á¦ °³¹ßÀÌ ½Ã±ÞÈ÷ ¿ä±¸µÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù. ¼öÁú¿À¿°¹°ÁúÀ» ¿ÏÀüÇÏ°Ô Ã³¸®ÇÏ¿© Àΰ£¿¡°Ô ¾ÈÀüÇÏ°í ¸¼Àº ¹°À» °ø±ÞÇϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â ¹«¾ùº¸´Ùµµ ±âÁ¸ÀÇ ¼öó¸®Á¦¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Á¤È®ÇÑ È­ÇÐÀû.¹°¸®
