Abstract
The volatile organic compounds, 1,2-dibromo-3-chloropropane(DBCP) and n-butyl- benzene for 86 kinds of water, 70 kinds of soil and 22 kinds of sediment sampled in various place of Korea have been analyzed using GC-MS analytical method. In our analytical investigation, N-butylbenzene has never been detected in all samples, but DBCP has been detected in four soil samples. We present not only analytical results but also analytical methods and analytical conditions as a function of analytes and matrices.
