The number of species found around dam or bottom water has been shown greater than that in surface water or flowing stream. Key words: Han-river, Algae. Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý 2.1 ½Ã·áÀÇ Ã¤Ãë ½Ã±â ¹× ¹æ¹ý ½Ã·áäÃë´Â 2000³â 8¿ù ÇÑ°­¼ö°è¸¦ µû¶ó ¸ðÅͺ¸Æ®¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿©, ¼ö°èÀÇ Áß½ÉÀ» Á¤Á¡À¸·Î ÇÏ¿©, Ãáõ´ï, ¼Ò¾ç´ï, ÀǾϴï, ûÆò´ï, ¾çÆò´ï, ¾ç¼ö±³, °æ¾Èõ, ÆÈ´ç´ï1, ÆÈ´ç´ï2, ¹Ì»ç¸®, ¼ö¼®µ¿, ¿Õ¼÷õ, °­µ¿´ë±³, õȣ´ë±³, Àá½Ç´ë±³, źõ, ¿µµ¿´ë±³, ¼º¼ö´ë±³, Á߶ûõ, Çѳ²´ë±³, ¿øÈ¿´ë±³, À̼ö±³, ¼º»ê´ë±³µî 23°³ ÁöÁ¡À¸·Î ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ½Ã·á´Â ¼ö½ÉÀÌ 2m ÀÌ»óÀΰ÷Àº Ç¥Ãþ°ú ¼ö°è¹Ù´Ú¿¡¼­ 1m »óÃþºÎ¿¡¼­ äÃëÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ¼ö½ÉÀÌ 2m ÀÌÇÏÀÎ °÷Àº Ç¥Ãþ¸¸À» äÃëÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Ã·á´Â Van- Dorn ä¼ö±â¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© äÃëÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ½Ã·á´Â ¹«±Õ Æú¸® ¿¡Æ¿·» ä¼öº´¿¡ ³Ö°í 4¡É ³ÃÀå»óŸ¦ À¯ÁöÇϸç, ½ÇÇè½Ç·Î ¿î¹ÝÇÏ¿© ½ÇÇèÇÏ¿´´Ù. ( Figure 1 ) 2.2. ½Ã·áÀÇ ºÐ¼® ½Ã·áÁß¿¡ Æ÷ÇÔµÈ Á¶·ù¸¦ Æ÷¸£¸»¸°À¸·Î °íÁ¤ÇÏ¿© ±¤ÇÐÇö¹Ì°æÇÏ¿¡¼­ ÇüÅÂÇлó·Î ºÐ·ùÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Ã·á 100mLÀ» äÁýº´¿¡ ´ã°í, Æ÷¸£¸»¸° ¿ë¾×À» 200¥ìL³Ö¾î ½Ã·áÁß¿¡ Æ÷ÇÔµÈ Á¶·ù¸¦ °íÁ¤ÇÑ´Ù. °íÁ¤µÈ ½Ã·á¸¦ ½Ç¸°´õ ¿ë±â¿¡ ³Ö°í 24½Ã°£ Á¤Ä¡ÇÏ¿© ½Ã·á À§ÀÇ »óµî¾×À» µû¶ó³»¾î 20mL·Î ¸¸µé°í, ´Ù½Ã ÀÌ°ÍÀ» ¿ø½ÉħÀü°ü¿¡ ³Ö°í, ¿ø½ÉºÐ¸®±â¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© 1500g¿¡¼­ 30ºÐ°£ ¿îÀüÇÏ¿© ½Ã·á À§ÀÇ »óµî¾×À» ¹ö¸®°í ħÀüµÈ ½Ã·á¸¦ ½½¶óÀ̵å±Û¶ó½º¿¡ ½Ã·á¸¦ µµ¸»ÇÑÈÄ 21mm¡¿21mm Å©±âÀÇ Ä¿¹ö±Û¶ó½º¸¦ µ¤°í Çö¹Ì°æ¿¡ ÀåÄ¡ÈÄ 100¡­1000¹è ½Ã¾ß¿¡¼­ ¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ ÇüÅÂ¿Í ³»ºÎ±¸Á¶ µîÀ» °Ë°æÇÏ¿© ÇüÅÂÇлóÀ¸·Î ºÐ·ùÇÏ¿´´Ù. 3. °á°ú ½Ã·áÁß Á¶·ù´Â Ç¥Ãþ¼ö¿¡¼­´Â Bacillariophyceae °¡ ÃÑ 48°³ 7Á¾ÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ¸ðµç ½Ã·á¿¡¼­ Melosira sp. °¡ ¹ß°ßµÇ¾ú´Ù. Chlorophyceae ´Â ÃÑ 29°³ 11Á¾ÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾ú°í, Cyanophyceae ´Â ÃÑ 10°³ 6Á¾, Xanthophyceae ´Â 2°³ Á¤Á¡¿¡¼­ 1Á¾ÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾ú´Ù. XanthophyceaeÀº Á¶»ç Á¤Á¡Áß ¹Ì»ç¸®¿Í ¼º»ê´ë±³¿¡¼­ Tribonema sp. ¼ÓÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾úÀ¸´Ù. Chlorophyceae´Â °¡Àå ¸¹Àº Á¾ÀÎ 11°³Á¾ÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾úÀ¸³ª, ÃÑ 29°³°¡ ¹ß°ßµÇ¾î Á¾ÀÇ ¼ö´Â ¸¹¾ÒÁö¸¸ 9°³ Á¤Á¡¿¡¼­´Â Á¾ÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾îÁöÁö ¾Ê¾Æ¼­ ÆíÁߵǾîÁö´Â °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. Cyanophyceae´Â 9°³ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼­ ¹ß°ßµÇ¾îÁ³´Ù. ÀÌÁß Spirulina sp. ¼ÓÀÌ 4°³ÀÇ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼­ ¹ß°ßµÇ¾î °¡Àå ºóµµ¼ö°¡ ¸¹¾Ò°í, Merismopedia sp. ¼ÓÀÌ 2°³ Á¤Á¡¿¡¼­ °Ë°æµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, Àܷ̿δ Aphanocapsa sp., Stigonema sp., Chroococcus sp., Microcystis sp. ¼ÓÀÌ °¢°¢ 1°³ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼­ °Ë°æµÇ¾ú´Ù. Ç¥ÃþÀÇ ´ëºÎºÐÀÇ ½Ã·á¿¡¼­ BacillariophyceaeÀÎ Melosira sp. ¼ÓÀÌ ¿ìÁ¡ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, źõ¿¡¼­¸¸ Cyclotella sp.¼ÓÀÌ ¿ìÁ¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀúÃþÀÇ °æ¿ì Bacillariophyceae°¡ ÃÑ 44°³ 4Á¾ÀÌ ¹ß°ßµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, Chlorophyceae´Â ÃÑ 40°³ 17Á¾, Cyanophyceae´Â ÃÑ 8°³ 5Á¾, Xanthophyceae´Â ÃÑ2°³ 1Á¾ÀÌ °Ë°æµÇ¾ú´Ù. ÀÌÁß Xanthophyceae´Â Tribonema sp.°¡ ¼ö¼®µ¿°ú ¼º¼ö´ë±³¿¡¼­¸¸ °Ë°æµÇ¾ú´Ù. Cyanophyceae´Â Chroococcus sp. ¼ÓÀÌ 3°³ Á¤Á¡¿¡¼­ °Ë°æµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, Microcystis sp.´Â 2°³ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼­, Aphanocapsa sp., Merismopedia sp., Oscillatoria sp. µîÀº °¢°¢ 1ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼­ °Ë°æµÇ¾ú´Ù.
