¼Ò³ª¹«¸¦ ÁöÇ¥½Ä¹°·Î ÇÑ Å¬·Î·Îº¥Á¨·ù(CBs)ÀÇ ´ë±â ¿À¿°µµ Æò°¡ Á¤¿ëÇö¡¤±è»óÁ¶¡¤¿Á °ï ºÎ°æ´ëÇб³ Áö±¸È¯°æ°úÇкΠEvaluation of Air Pollutions for Chlorobenzenes by Pine Needle Yong-Hyun Chung, Sang-Jo Kim, Gon Ok Faculty of Earth Environmental Sciences, Pukyong National University, Nam-gu Daeyoen 3-dong 599-1, Pusan 608-737, Korea To investigate of air pollutions for Chlorobenzenes(CBs), pine needles used as a indicator were collected at 12 points in Pusan city during May to June, 1998 and analyzed the four kinds of CBs(1,2,4-TrCB, 1,2,3,4-TeCB, PeCB, HxCB). The results are followed that each site have the difference of CBs concentration. Total concentration of CBs in 12 pine needles ranged from 0.82ng/g to 7.39ng/g. Joongang-dong site represented the highest concentration level. Bokchun-dong and Chungsapo are the lowest concentration level. The comparison of CBs profile patterns at each site showed that the distribution of TrCB predominated at Hwangyoung mountain. but other sites are predominated higher chlorinated compounds, especially, HxCB. HxCB was concerned the most persistent CBs by physic¡¤chemical properties of CBs. In this results, we are proposed that pine needle samples can serve as indicator of organic pollutants and be useful for the evaluation of air pollutions. À¯±â¿°¼Ò°èÈ­ÇÕ¹°(OCs) Áß Å¬·Î·Îº¥Á¨·ù(Chlorobenzenes, CBs)´Â ÇϳªÀÇ º¥Á¨È¯¿¡ mono-ºÎÅÍ hexa-±îÁö ¿°¼Ò°¡ ġȯµÇ¾î ÀÖ´Â 12°³ÀÇ À̼ºÃ¼¸¦ °¡Áø ¹°Áú·Î¼­ ÀÚ¿¬ÀûÀÎ ¿À¿°¿øÀº °ÅÀÇ ¾øÀ¸¸ç ³ó¾à ÇÕ¼º, Å»Áö °øÁ¤ ¹× »ê¾÷ °øÁ¤À¸·ÎºÎÅÍ È¯°æ ÁßÀ¸·Î ¹èÃâµÇ°Ô µÈ´Ù. ƯÈ÷, À̵é Áß ³»ºÐºñ°èÀå¾Ö¹°Áú(Endocrine disruptors, EDs) Áï ȯ°æÈ£¸£¸ó¼º¹°Áú·Î °£Áֵǰí ÀÖ´Â Hexachlorobenzene (HxCB)Àº ¹ß¾Ï ¹× ±âÇü¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, rat¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °æ±¸Åõ¿© ½ÇÇè °á°ú, ü³» HxCB³óµµ¼öÁØÀº Áö¹æÁ¶Á÷>°£>³ú>Ç÷û ¼øÀ¸·Î º¸°íµÇ°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, Áõ»ó¹ßÇöµé·Î¼­´Â °£Áß·® Áõ°¡, ºñÀå ÀÌ»ó, Æ÷·çÈÖ¸®¾ÆÁõ µîÀÌ °üÂûµÈ °ÍÀ¸·Î º¸°íµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù1-2). ÃÖ±Ù¿¡´Â HxCB¿¡ ´ëÇؼ­´Â ´ÙÀÌ¿Á½Å·ù¿Í °°ÀÌ µ¶¼ºµî°¡È¯»ê°è¼ö(Toxic Equivalent Factor, TEF)¸¦ ºÎ°¡ÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÑ´Ù´Â º¸°íµµ Á¦±âµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù3).
